Jajangmyeon (자장면; 짜장면; jjajangmyeon), is a popular Korean Chinese cuisine. This noodle dish is topped with a thick sauce made of chunjang (a salty black soybean paste when unheated), mixed in with pork and vegetables.
Although originally Chinese, once the recipe arrived in Korea, it wasn't long before the dish was transformed into a thicker and distinguishable Korean tasty flavor. Now, most of Koreans eat it at least once a week and have their favorite jjajangmyeon delivery shop on speed dieal.
