Singer Kim Jang-hoon opens Dokdo website

Korean top singer Kim Jang-hoon has opened a website on Korea’s easternmost Dokdo islet with a Japanese professor at Sejong University.

“Kim created the website (www.truthofdokdo.com) with Yuji Hosaka,” said Kim’s management agency on Friday. “Kim has financed the project and professor Hosaka has been in charge of supplying content.”

“It will be the only way to let the world know Dokdo is Korean territory if we provide our contentions in a logical manner,” said Kim.

He has introduced a video on the islet to help foreigners easily understand as he thought that images were better than a long explanation. “It also contains historical evidence, other documents and international laws which prove that Dokdo is not Japanese,” Kim said.
