수지 라수향 주부의  오이삼색말이물김치

준비할 재료
오이 2개, 붉은 고추·풋고추 2개씩, 양파 1/2개, 깻잎 8장, 국물양념(생수 3컵, 식초 5큰술, 간장 1큰술, 설탕 1큰술 반, 소금 1작은술)

만드는 법
1.
오이는 소금으로 씻어 2등분하고 소금에 2시간 정도 절인다.
2. 절인 오이는 과도를 이용해 속의 씨를 파낸다.
3. 붉은 고추, 풋고추, 양파는 곱게 채 썰어 소금으로 간한다.
4. 깻잎 2장을 포갠 다음 붉은 고추, 풋고추, 양파를 얹어 돌돌 만다.
5. 씨를 파낸 오이 속에 ④를 넣어 채운다.
6. 생수에 식초, 간장, 소금, 설탕을 넣어 국물을 만든다.
7. ⑥에 오이를 담근 다음 냉장 보관하여 간이 들면 먹는다.

tip**
오이를 토막낸 다음 씨를 빼야 손쉽다. 오이삼색말이 물김치는 2~3일 내에 먹어야 오이의 아삭한 맛을 즐길 수 있다.
